Every party is unique, and there are so many variables.

Some clients want all the bells and whistles and would prefer us to take care of all the details.

Some clients would prefer to provide their own food.

Some clients enjoy doing their own decor and party decorations or props.

So when it comes to planning a party and to provide an Event Quote, we would prefer to briefly speak with you to get a clear understanding of what aligns with your vision for the party and your budget.

Here are some general questions to consider as we begin the planning process:

• Do you have a date and time for the party?
  

• Have you set an approx. budget for the party - a wish list and a realistic list.
  

• Have you done your research on the general cost for a party production in So Cal, the difference between having a professional working for you, or all the hours of doing it yourself?
  

• Do you have any type of theme idea, or do you require some creative consultation?
  

• Do you have the location or site where you would like the party?  If so, is there sufficient necessities such as a restroom or sink?  (i.e. some parks do not have)  Does the site require permits and/or liability insurance?
  

• Approx. how many Guests do you anticipate - Children Party Guests and/or Adults?
  

• Will you need rental items such as tables and chairs?  A tent canopy?  Shade umbrellas?
  

• Do you want some form of entertainment at the party, such as a princess character appearance or face painting or a jump house or a balloon twister, etc?
  

• For food & beverages, will you handle it or would you like it catered?  Or both?
  

Hopefully these few questions will assist you to begin considering that there are so many details to cover for an event production.
