Customers may choose from a selection of drinks (e.g., Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Mango Green Tea) and toppings (e.g., boba, lychee jelly) as part of their rental package. We offer both self-serve and staffed options depending on the booking. Photos, drink options, and event samples are available on our website.

Fulfillment Policy

Delivery Policy
We arrive 60 to 90 minutes before the scheduled start time for setup. Our team handles delivery, setup, service, and teardown. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.

Returns are not applicable, as this is a service-based rental. There are no returns or refunds after the service is rendered.
